Is it safe to use my credit card online?

You can shop at gwabbit.com online with confidence. gwabbit has partnered with First Data Global Gateway to provide a secure transport network for transaction processing, where data is funneled through the secure sockets layer (SSL) pipeline and transmitted through a dedicated, secure frame relay system. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol that secures online transactions using up to 256-bit encryption technology, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions.In addition, gwabbit has been issued a GeoTrust Extended Validation SSL Certificate, providing maximum security for protecting credit card and sensitive personal information when you make an online purchase. GeoTrust identifies and validates the organization, and further secures and authenticates transactions on our web server using up to 256-bit encryption technology. The green browser address bar (visible in high security browsers), and the GeoTrust True Site Seal on our website, provide confirmation that our site is authenticated, trustworthy and secure.

How does gwabbit calculate sales tax charges?

The sales tax charged for an individual transaction is based on the ship-to address, which is defined as the location where the product is ultimately to be shipped/sent. gwabbit does collect sale tax for orders from California and Pennsylvania. However, purchases may be subject to your local sales and use tax.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

The order is immediate and the product is downloaded. An email notification is also sent.

How can I get help using the gwabbit product?
